Renewed Worship

The outward manifestation of the inward reality of a right relationship with God is expressed in worship to God. Worship is responding to God for who He is and what He has done in ways that honor Him. As we worship God, what we are becoming in Christ gets lived out in the world. It was to this end that man was originally created. However, through sin, mankind chooses to worship the creation rather than the Creator. All people worship all of the time – the only question is who or what they worship. Renewal happens when one begins to rightly worship God as the logical response to what Jesus has done on the cross. As a result of the gospel, a renewed life reflects a continuous outpouring of all that a person is in response to all that Jesus has done. As a church we seek to gather to worship God as a reflection of a life spent worshipping God throughout the week.
